Tools and Materials

Hook size: 4 mm
Yarn: Aran weight

Yarn recommendation:
DROPS Air Alpaka - or DROPS Merino Extrafine.

Yarn amount:
smaller size: two colored - 220g/color, one colored - 440 g
bigger size: two colored - 270 g/color, one colored / 540 g

Buttons: two buttons with approximately 2cm diameter

Sizing

The finished hood with recommended yarn has neck circumference of 40 cm.
There are gauge and size customizing options included.

Difficulty

🧶 Skill level: ambitious beginner or low intermediate. The construction itself is very straightforward, but you have to switch between different stitches. If you made granny squares before, you should be able to use this pattern.
