Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders and bookings made through our online shop. The provider and contractual partner is Cecilia Kugler, Lukrezia Atelier, Goethestr 2-3, 10623 Berlin, info@lukreziatelier.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider.”


2. Offers and Conclusion of Contract

2.1 The presentation of products and services in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order.

2.2 By completing the ordering process, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order.


3. Prices and Payment

3.1 All prices are stated in currency of chosen country, and include applicable VAT (if applicable)

3.2 Payment is made via the payment methods indicated in the online shop.


4. Digital Products

4.1 For digital products, such as crochet patterns, there is no right of withdrawal according to Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB), as access is provided immediately after purchase.

4.2 By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree to waive your right of withdrawal.

4.3 The Provider is not liable for issues arising from the use of digital patterns, including technical difficulties or deviations in results due to individual modifications.


5. Workshops and Events

5.1 Participation in workshops is only permitted for individuals aged 18 and above.

5.2 Absence or non-participation in workshops is the responsibility of the participant and will not be compensated unless previously arranged.

5.3 Participants are required to arrive punctually at workshops and treat provided materials with care. The Provider reserves the right to exclude participants for inappropriate behavior.

5.4 If the Provider is unable to conduct the workshop due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund. In such cases, the Provider will notify participants as soon as possible, and refunds will be processed promptly.


6. Notes on Crochet Patterns and Results

Please note that the final product of your crochet work may differ from the illustrations in the pattern. The appearance depends on various factors, such as the choice of yarn, crochet hook size, individual technique, and personal crochet experience. The pattern serves as a guideline and does not guarantee identical results. If you have issues with your pattern please send your questions to:pattern@lukreziatelier.com, and use {PATTERN NAME} as the subject. You should receive an answer within a couple of days.


7. Custom Products

7.1 Custom-made products are excluded from exchanges and returns.

7.2 Changes or cancellations of custom orders are not possible once production has started.


8. Liability

8.1 The Provider is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence.

8.2 For simple negligence, the Provider is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.


9. Copyright

All crochet patterns, images, and content provided in the shop are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without the Provider’s express written consent is prohibited.


10. Final Provisions

10.1 The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, provided that no mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s country of residence take precedence.

10.2 Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid
