Frequently asked questions about

Your order

When will I receive my crochet pattern?

Your digital pattern is available immediately after purchase. You’ll receive a download link by email, and it will also appear in your account’s Downloads section.

Can I return or refund a digital pattern?

Because crochet patterns are digital products delivered instantly, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Section 356 (5) BGB). By completing your purchase, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal.

What if I have technical issues downloading the pattern?

If you cannot download the file or it appears corrupted, please email us at orders(at) lukreziatelier.com with the pattern name in the subject line. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days and assist you.

Will my finished item look exactly like the photos?

Your finished piece may differ from the product images due to your yarn choice, hook size, tension, or individual crochet technique. The pattern gives clear, tested instructions.

If you need help choosing your yarn send an email to pattern(at)lukreziatelier.com

Crochet patterns

What basic skills do I need before buying a pattern?

You should be comfortable with these basic stitches:
slip stitch • single crochet • half-double crochet • double crochet • treble crochet

Each pattern clearly lists any additional techniques required.
You can read more about pattern difficulty here

Crochet language

I use US crochet terminology and metric measurements. You find this info in every pattern file, so you don't get confused whether it's written in US or UK terms. Each pattern has a list of stitch abbreviations as well.

Are video tutorials or step-by-step photo instructions included?

My patterns are designed to be clean, print-friendly documents with stitch abbreviations, color-coded charts, and schematic diagrams.

They are meant for people who can follow written instructions. However patterns can include some photos or short clips, but not full video tutorials.

Can I sell items made from your patterns?

Yes, you may sell finished pieces in a small amount made from my patterns unless specified otherwise.

However:

  • Please don’t undersell yourself, handmade work deserves fair pricing!
  • Do not reproduce or redistribute the pattern (digitally or printed).
  • If you share patterns within a crafting group, consider supporting the designer with a purchase.
  • Crediting Lukrezia Atelier as the designer is always appreciated.

Copyright and usage
